Information we process

We process account identifiers from your sign-in provider, payment data returned by Stripe, and the company, product, AI, and security details you enter into the workspace.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, confirm package purchases, prepare the requested answer-pack materials, provide support, and improve product reliability.

Payments

Stripe handles payment collection. We store the minimum payment metadata needed to confirm completed purchases and unlock the related package in your workspace.

Project records

Your workspace inputs, submitted project records, and internal draft materials may be stored so you can revisit request details in the dashboard. Do not submit secrets or regulated data unless you have confirmed the deployment and retention settings for your environment.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers needed to operate the product, including authentication, payment, hosting, and model providers.
