These Terms govern your use of Caevor and its client workspace. By creating an account, purchasing a package, or submitting an intake, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

Caevor is a done-for-you service for preparing trust and security documentation for business teams. We may use internal drafting tools to accelerate review and customer-response workflows, but deliverables remain subject to human review.

Payments

Packages are sold as one-time purchases unless a page explicitly states otherwise. Stripe processes payments. Completed purchases unlock the included service-request allowance shown at checkout.

Deliverables

Deliverables are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing them, verifying factual accuracy, and confirming that any statements about vendors, retention, controls, certifications, or policies are true before sharing them externally.

No legal or compliance advice

Caevor does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, audit opinions, or security guarantees. Consult qualified counsel or security professionals for binding advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to misrepresent your controls, fabricate approvals or certifications, or create deceptive responses for customer reviews.
